IN CORDE SANCTAE CAECILIAE
In Corde Sanctæ Cæciliæ is a weekly exploration of sacred music. Each week will feature a post on one piece of sacred music that the reader and listener might lift his soul and heart to God. The reflections shall be relatively brief, focusing instead on letting the music do the speaking. “The musicians played, and Cecilia sang unto the Lord, saying: Let my heart be undefiled, that I be not ashamed.”
The Best Part
Wherefore I say to thee: Many sins are forgiven her, because she hath loved much. But to whom less is forgiven, he loveth less.
